We are a private gym owned by Dave & Adrienne Stetler.  The theme of our gym is Old School meets New School.

Old School refers to how gyms use to be where all members knew each other by their name or in some cases their well earned nick name.  Old School also refers to some of the best equipment we all loved in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's.

We are a gym where members and staff talk to one another and don't just stare at our phones while working out.

New School refers to all the new amenities that the young kids love.  We have a posing room and a state of the art Wellness Room for recovery.  We are equipped with a cold plunge, sauna, leg compression sleeves and changing rooms with showers.

New School also refers to all the incredible new equipment brands that have come out recently by Arsenal Strength, Strive, Panatta & Atlantis.

Our members also enjoy being able to workout 24/7 365 days a year in a secured building with military Ai technology the keeps track of who is coming in and out of the building.
